How do I place an order on Mosswood Online shop?
Our Ordering system is easy to use and located on our Baked Goods page. You can select options for custom cakes, muffins, cupcakes and other confections.
How do I create my own Mosswood account?
When you order you will be asked for your personal information and given the option to create an account then. From there you can check on the status of your order and view your order history.
Do I need to link my bank account?
You will be asked to provide payment information but, it doesn’t have to be your bank account. Mosswood Bakehouse accepts all major forms of payment.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order and history from your account page. You will also receive email notifications when your order is confirmed, started, and ready for pick-up.
How many days in advance do I need to place an order?
Allow 24 hours for confirmation. 7 days will give enough time for Mosswood Bakehouse to have received your order, confirmed, communicated, and answered questions, and prepare your order ready for pick-up.
Can Mosswood Deliver or Ship my Order?
Mosswood does not ship or deliver currently. All orders and purchases are handled at our location in Micanopy: 703 NE Cholokka Blvd, Micanopy, FL 32667
